don't recall having any reads that applied to this pot.. villain is pretty loose and aggro preflop, but his aggro-ness tapers off significantly by the turn and river
its only like 95 to call.. but it looks so much like burning money to me?
better way to play this hand? |

your turn bet is kinda huge and would (probably not ) be cool if you're trying to make him fold a slowplayed AA without a heart or something, but it's a little hard to see someone giving action with a wide range of worse hands, but my point is that you may just be forcing him to have a strong hand even to the point to where you're not doing very well anymore vs his range
on the other hand you have TPTK in a 3bet pot while playing 3 handed
if you think about betsizing on the turn and what's left on the river you should have a plan for this already
I mean betting half my stack on the turn would make me click call here quite fast
just some random input.. sorry I never really give answers but just like to raise extra questions |

thx thx
I mean its kind of like "can I look at this new information (donkjamming here) and consider it strong enough evidence to change my plan?"
I always view this type of a jam from a regular as monster value because of these reasons
1. seems awful to bluff for 1/3rd pot
2. they're scared of checking and losing value because they never expect to be bluffed for 1/3rd pot so they front jam hoping for a call
am I working at it from the wrong angle or perhaps are my assumptions off base? |

You beat a pure bluff only and even though you have half your monies in the pot you beat nothing. |

btw I dunno what this villains perspective of you is, but personally, my perspective is not one where I think to myself, "I can bluff you off the river in a 3b pot giving you 4:1 after your line makes it look like you have a monster." But I mean, I'm a rakeback pro so what do I know
free info yay! |
