what was your plan on the flop |

-btn v my co he raisesmallish-SNAPfold J56r
-sqz QJ btn vs mp +co
my notes on him
he raises 30% of flops over 368 hands (only 14 chances to raise flop tho)
what should I do on every street
plan on flop was to snapcall a jam from him.. this raise is the exact size he made in my previous note of raise-snap fold the flop
I guess once he flats my flop 3b he has a Q

comment plz? is it just an auto forfeit the hand when he flats my flop 3b?
why does he jam river; his play is fuckin awful to flat the flop (putting me on AIR) and then to bet the river, what level are these 1/2 regs on? its unreal they are all fucking cosmic geniuses or something |

just flatty the flop and then go from there?
I don't think you'll get that much shoves from air on this board but he might barrel air. |

Your thought process is horribly flawed here. Not to be harsh but perhaps its better to step back to nl100 for the time being before losing money on 1/2.
If your read on him is that he bluffraises a lot here then you have the perfect spot to CALL(!!!!!). You give him a chance to bluff of more money + now you are just overplaying your kings here.
Esp since you should consider that a lot of his SB flatting range consists of Qx. + he might valuecut himself in a spot like this with a hand like TT on the flop. (given that he flats that sb)
This is basic poker knowlegde.
You also have a note on him that says he raises QT for value on QQx. I don't see what your plan is with a flop 3 bet, 3betting is the worst option out of CALL FOLD AND RAISE.
I think your life is a running joke because you are playing a game that is beyond your skill at this moment, you've been playing nl50 for a long time and maybe wanna take it easy before moving up limits. I hope you are not to offended by this post because i'm trying to help you out here. |

IF (!) this is true, you can safely fold by the river knowing that you are beat right?
Edit. There is not wrong with playing a lower limit than your bankroll can support. I've done this since I started playing poker, and i never had to move down to nl50. |

I put that note after this hand (raise Qx for value on QQx)
I agree he has more queens because he flat from bb, should of let it go. going to remove that note from my 1st post cuz it was not known |

It doesnt change the fact that you should call, give him the initiative to bluff here, by 3betting you accomplish basicly nothing. |

I'm really curious to know if everyone agrees with not 3betting flop esp since his flop flat (now that we see results) clearly indicates that he thinks I'm full of shit on the flop
I thought this was the standard flop play for value on paired boards vs likely bluff x/r's (though, maybe bottom of my valuerange should be Qx on paired boards like this) |

the only way you are 3b flop is to level him to bluff shove because he believes you would never reraise a Q+ there... i doubt you have that kind of a read on this player
calling is the best play by far

this is pretty bad, hes not going to bluffshove his random crap that he raised, anytime he doesnt fold, you are in a really really bad spot here since you are just crushed + as played you win smaller pots when you do win
really leveling yourself if you think flop is anything but a call (or fold against a particularly nitty player, but i think i still call against them cause they do weird shit sometime) |

3betting here is only good vs sick fish or for leveling purposes with extensive history
otherwise flatting is the standard(correct) play here a vast majority of the time. |

hes not going to randomly call ur reraise flop OOP , check turn, then bomb the river. hes only c/c'ing medium pairs and c/r air some of the time here, but never pure floats out of position. hes expecting you to have a really strong range since you are so damned nitty, so hes never gonna be bluffing. twinpsych is fking retarded though. he DOES pull off the second barrell then give up the river, so im expecting something big here. my line here would be something like: call his raise flop, call turn, and probably fold if he fires river because he only fires the third barrell on scarecards only.
