If you haven't yet seen him doing some loose shit blind vs blind, then I'd lean towards calling the 3-bet.

the sizing of this hand is kinda dumb. you 4x'ing, his 3bet is rather large and your 4bet is very large.

stacking off with AQo sb vs bb for ~100bb is pretty standard nowadays. but 4betting small to induce rather than committing yourself is a better idea. with his sizing to 14x though, its hard to do so. you should probably just 3x a slightly tighter range than you usually do sb vs bb to leave room to 4bet both as a bluff and for value/inducing
