fold preflop is better if you're going to fold on a clear flop to a half pot lead. this is really just handing him over extra dead money 90% of the time if you think of it.
you cant possibly flat another 16bbs pre and not be confident on this flop. I just think folding qq pre saves you money and headaches here.

the sizing tell he would shove the river so I would play the same
I am not sure about villiain here this deep would 4bet squeeze light or something
it really depends and how ur opponent thought
I prefer to call pre and the flop and fold the turn if hes not out of the line too much
