He just sat down so I went ahead and tested the biatch out with my blockers. I'd still cbet with Ac but prefer checking this flop.

I guess he has a made hand that beats me almost always on the river....

I wanted to raise him so bad but unknown at NL25...I just don't feel comfortable trying to fold out range where the weakest hand is probably discounted JJ...

Do you agree that I should be inclined to raise/fold river?
Would you raise against unknown at NL25, and for example at NL100?

Never a good idea to 3b someone you don't know who's utg with ATo ...Doesn't flop great and even if an A hits you could be dominated...
As played fire flop you have initiative and it didn't hit his range that much if he's decent and raise turn: I doubt he called your 3b oop with exactly 99. Nonetheless it's a spewy move that will cost you money on the long run ...

Odds are exactly 50%: it either happens or not

it's either 3bet or fold, so pf is fine, i'm cbetting flop tho to fold out better ax's because i pretty much don't wanna bring that hand to showdown.

the pf is like super standard? would you fold ATo and then 3bet K3s against unknown reg when you have totally clean image IP or just not 3bet at all unless you have aces?

And I guess I will jump on the cbet train guys with the gutter and raising turn is def. a possibility IP as he will tell me if I'm beat and I maximise value and there are now 2 fds, I guess I could raise fold to like $5-$6 here?

Thanks for comments guys. And sorry for being harsh Achoo I know some people like to be nitty until they get reads, but really it will be close to impossible to lose money on the 3bet with the double blocker position and totally clean image where he can't be pissed at you. I also think tight is good but 3betting with the absolute top of my folding range is hard to imagine to be a mistake

It does I can tell you that now

There is a chapter in let there be range on the common misconception that you can't 3bet utg range, when you break down the combos of a standard raising and calling ranges it's a lot better idea that it might seem

been a while since i played nl25.

3betting ATo is fine since the hand is too weak to call for value. And 3betting utg can be good because no one ever 4bet bluffs from that position at this level, but people are folding alot of their utg range to 3bets since 3betting utg looks super strong. i mean people open any pp and alot of suited connectors, and most broadways from utg, you can get most of that to fold.

i would cbet into this board, as you have a gutshot. some of their range will completely miss the board(broadways) and some will hit it heavily (suited connectors/88/99/TT). so give up on turn if they call.

As played i think this is a call/call.

don't like raising river. I see this line to be very strong sometimes from a lot of fish. i mean they bet small on turn and bigger on river. can mean nuts a lot, but your T could be good vs alot of other hands they are doing this with so you have odds to call.
