is he passive or agressive bad?
I like checking back; i asumme most villains that call OOP are passive. His Range is smth like pairs + AQ/AJ/AT/KQ. He is prolly never folding pairs to just 1 bet, and u are ahead of his broadway range. Plus if turn is A or K u can value town his AQ/AJ or KQ.

Fire the flop 100%, against an over you still have about 40% equity I wouldn't mind that much to play for stacks in this spot vs std players (balance this line with your overs) and lots of cards if he just calls on the turn will put him in a tough position... reeval on the turn and fire a second barrel if a J/Q/K/A hits obv.
