he is just as likely to have the the fourth 9 as the fourth ace

wouldn't he be slightly more likely to have the fourth ace than the fourth nine due to more aces being in his range? thus making a push slightly +ev, assuming that he always bet-calls an ace, but I can't imagine him folding it and I can't imagine him checking it.

I agree with that, but i expect him not always c/r with an ace on the turn, i would guess both would cancel each other out. But I dunno, if I would have an ace i would C/C it down while i would raise with the 9, but that's just me
