the guy might do this with with K and A high flushdraws aswell, he never almost has a 5 though, and most likely never raise Jx

if he slowplayed AA with our 4bet 5bet dynamic, gz to him!

he is pretty bad reg dont think he would make this sizing ever pretty much at this point of match with Jx

i was thinking of calling and call some rivers but i dunno if he bluffs at all on river with missed combodraws so i jsut shipped it cuz dont nkow if i can call and fold river/call river

he is the standard type who will make this big committing turnraise with hands that whants a fold out of me, to "scare me away" with a big raise

What I am learning from your hand histories over the last couple of weeks is that queen high is usually the nuts - it's a revelation!

Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated.

how do you know he can't have a 5?

new shit has come to light... a-and... shit! man...

longple    Sweden. May 09 2011 10:17. Posts 4472

just alittle over 100bb deep and he folds a lot to 3bets, and 4bets alot, and this sizing is just unlikely for this type of player to use as a levelthing

this sizing is just soooo big with these stacks

ofc he can have a 5, but both choosing this sizing + flatting 5x on flop and preflop added together feels unlikely to me

Looks impressive cause you won, but I'm not so convinced myself

Against 3 specific combo draws:

Board: Jh 5h 5d 8s
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 53.788% 53.79% 00.00% 71 0.00 { Qc4c }
Hand 1: 46.212% 46.21% 00.00% 61 0.00 { Th9h, 9h7h, 7h6h }

And then when you're behind you're dead. I think your play is kinda big spew, he would have to be raise/folding a decent % of the time or literally only have those 3 combos in his raise/calling range for this to be any good. Seems a bit of a stretch to me personally. Besides, if he gets it in with 97h he could easily have QTh or Q9h and adding those to his range already has you owned, without even adding any value hands

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hopeLast edit: 09/05/2011 14:09

yea its spewy, not terrible but kinda spewy agreed, but its just villain specific he is not the type who would play AJ like this nor slowplay QQ-AA preflop, and like 120bb deep he dosnt flat many 5xes and w our dynamic ive floated a bunch oop and stuff on dry boards he would raise it on flop most of the time

but ye its a spew, not terrible though against specific villain

could also have 8xhh playing it strong, with these types of plays u will find yourself swinging like crazy and eventually going down in $$ imo

dont think he would do this with 8xhh no point, he does this only to make me fold random highcard barrels

locoo   Peru. May 12 2011 03:50. Posts 4561

theres no reason not to raise/get it in 8xhh but raise/get it in draws, they are basically the same hand with the added bonus that with 8xhh u can get it in ahead when called, so it's even better
