KQ/AK/AA/QQ/99, maybe JT imo. if you expect to get raised more often than flat-called on turn i think that's a misperception fwiw. i think 9x and maybe JT are the most likely hands he would raise with because they're likely to be ahead but still vulnerable.

he has position so he doesn't necessarily have to raise QQ/99 to get all the money in, AK wants to pot control, and with KQ/AA, if he's as nitty as these stats indicate, there might be more value in him just calling down and under-repping his hand once you show aggression on the flop.
