I call, he can have a worse flush.

I'd definitely fold PF though. No point opening that loose from the CO when the button has 45 vpip.

After all is said and done, more is said than done.

I'd fold because i see him having the A or K of heart most of the time. Propably some random Ax

Q7 OOP vs 45 VPip is not good sir ;]

He loves his pairs. He loves his draws. He likes high cards. He pretty much loves everything but the fold button.

Stoved Q7s vs 45% of hands
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 42.422% 41.01% 01.41% 1542127714 53039503.00 { Q7s }
Hand 1: 57.578% 56.17% 01.41% 2112012864 53039503.00 { 44+, A2s+, K2s+, Q4s+, J6s+, T6s+, 96s+, 86s+, 76s, A2o+, K6o+, Q8o+, J8o+, T8o+, 98o }

If you have position it's fine. OOP you are just going to end up trying to barrel him off hands or valuetown yourself too often. Think about how rarely Q7s will hit a board hard enough that you can go for 3 streets of value and easily get called by worse. Hitting a Q or a 7 will very rarely be good enough.

After all is said and done, more is said than done.

if you know him really really well, and if you play really well this will be a good opening. But I wouldn't oop. Call the river of course without a very good reason to fold here

i will def bet/fold the river to make the play easier
dont really understand why you decide check/call here
