Just PF stats that would classify him as a passive tightish, I think I can get away with a larger flop bet.
On the river given that he showed passive tendencies I think he will have all AQ and also AK a decent amount in his range and who knows what other AX, so I feel like I need to bet a decent size, but I can't really see any of those hands raising this river.

Do you agree with line/river size?

hes bad and just bet more on the flop and turn
maybe just pot the flop , turn size looks great
he will keep calling his draw and pay more when he miss

i would bet 1/2p on the river if i am bet/folding he has flush or he doesn't. He might fold AJ/AK here to 3rd barrel. 1/2p bet is more likely to get called by Ax
it's just my opinion
