No what, no to fold? Villain is not jamming here with worse than quads. AA/KK/JJ are not in his range since he 3bets often enough, especially on button. It may be a cooler call just to define his range.. but maybe folding this hand here is what makes you a stronger player :S |

You see, that's something I've been wondering. While the pot odds are sexy... villain will never jam here worse imo. So pot odds at this point don't really matter since when he jams, he has it 100%. So I'm thinking, why don't I just bet an amount where I abuse his retard calling tendencies, and fold to his jams. I'll be very likely still calling in practice, but that seems optimal.
Maybe I'm thinking too hard, these spots don't happen often enough for me to really dig too deep into it (although the concept that involves "fuck potodds, he has it Q_Q" needs more thinking). |
