what about QT and 8x +_+ aren't those already a handful of hand combos, if he does have KJ too?

KJ and QT are crapy hand to call a 3 bet imo.
Who doesn't minraise flop 8x nowadays ?

i think you should jam the river though

he's a fish with T9s so he has a wide range preflop.
On the flop and turn i have nuts and i'm not folding ever. The river didnt improve him if he was a on draw. QT and 8x are only small part of his range, there are already 2 8's on board, its not likely for him to have it. and he could decide to fold his QT on the flop as well.

Also shoving the river for value is a bit thin, i do not really expect to get payed off by a hand like TT. So very often I expect him to check behind and I ship, or he'll bluff shove on a (in his eyes) scarecard and I ship as well.
