call and see what happens on the river. 25/15/1.7 seems rather passive. i don't expect him to bluff the river.

have you seen him do anything slightly strange before? even if he's basically a passive nit, if he's ever shown any (any!) signs of doing anything weird/spastic/nonsensical i would call -> call river. if not i guess it's a fold.

i'd be more inclined to call if he would bluff the river.

your standard micro bad reg. He mostly plays NL10/ NL25 I think there is a decent spazz factor always with these people
He calls 22%+ in position, very low 3bet

Tanked long on the flop

fold to flop cb: 50%
fold to turn cb : 1/5
43% wtsd 50% W@sd
Agg freq, 30% turn and river

On the river there will be 28 into 44...I can't see myself folding after calling turn on undercards

even with his aggression his range is still way weighted towards TT JJ A4 or 99. If he has the nuts he get's your money anyway, if he has middle pair you are more likely to get value by just jamming than going to the river oop where a scare card can show up and he will just be content with a showdown

it's possible that some extraordinarily bad players would have this range (or if there's a certain dynamic blah blah w/e), but it makes absolutely no sense for his range to include TT/JJ.

I like fold right now or call turn call river , but never jam
depends on hes reg or not , if you really wanna know what his line mean you can just call him down once
btw againt most reg players at this lvl i like fold >> call , but i was playing at 25-100rush b4 , its more nitty game than normal table

In my initial reply for some reason I thought this was 25nl and 200bb deep.

I would just call turn and river, since we are either way ahead of TT/JJ or crushed anyways. I don't think shoving is good cause i don't think we get much value from worse hands and by calling we allow him to continue bluffing.

I think ur being a bit optimistic thinking he's raising TT or JJ here. TT/JJ with this sizing on this texture seems extremely odd to me.
I can see like spazzed out lower pairs (66 etc) that think they're no longer good or something like A5s/A3s that still has semi-bluff equity but does't wanna call a bet but i dont think thats very likely unless u have a sick read or smth i just give him credit. If i've got a read i'll call down or just call 1 depending.

As the utg raiser you should abandon any hope that you beat a single hand in his value range. Though I think this is a great bluff spot for him, no way do people bluff nearly enough here so I'd fold and not worry too much.

Researchers used brain scans to show that when straight men looked at pictures of women in bikinis, areas of the brain that normally light up in anticipation of using tools, like spanners and screwdrivers, were activated.

I'd fold here readless and given your reads it looks like he's a pretty passive/nitty so that's even more reason to fold.

I mean, you arent beating any of his value range. It's a great place to bluff but if hes the type of guy whos 12 tabling nl10 and nl25 for 500k hands its the easiest fold of life.

I think i should be raising 88/TT/JJ every single time if I'm in villain's shoes, cause of the amounts of folds i get here.
taking villains line we can still go check/check on river and get a relatively cheap showdown. I would be more likely to fold if turn was like an 8s.
