he's a reg so I guessed there werent many deuces in his range and people usually dont value raise Ax type hands in that spot so I put him on flush draws/air/and the occasional AK(which most guys 3bet pre) but still I couldnt rule it out completly

i don't think you should be putting air in his range after his turn bet since if he's a reg he'll realize that most of the time you're bet-calling flop you have Ax and you're not folding.

i agree regs generally don't value-raise Ax on this flop but i would say your betsize makes it somewhat more likely...i'm not saying it's a bad size, obviously halfpot is fine for this board, but i'm just saying it's a legitimate reason why some regs might raise w/AK or AQ.
