if my range is gonna be straightdraws or sets basically (what i think he expect my range to be with our 500hand history)
combined with the fact that he almost never has air here i just cant fold here when i give him credits to be a decent handreader
how can i call him here? mean why snapvaluebet even if he has AK or AA or what ever when he knows i cant call unless i have some random A4s that decided to randomly check back that turn |

in his spot i always valuebet. vs a good opponent it isn't so much worrying about what you get called by in a spot like this but its valuebetting to protect all our flop floats and putting pressure on our opponent when his range is clearly weak. |

yea i normally valuebet aswell since i expect people to not bluff with their 7 highs etc since its such an obvious spot
but i just dont see the point of almost potting it, why not target my "rare" 99 tricky type of hands and bet like atleast a little bit smaller |

don't want to tard up one of your awesome hands but i have a question about your flop raise, i understand it's probably a combination of protecting your immediate equity with a vulnerable hand + having cool disguised backdoor stuff and being deep if you get called, my question is where you draw the line between calling and raising on a board like this...like would you call or raise 75ss? A5hh? 86hh? etc... |

on a dry board like this its ok to raise all of those. 86ss would be more tipped towards value whereas 24 here is more for reasons you stated in your post but its difficult for him to 3b the flop here with any real hand. |

this deep with position i just like clicking buttons with a wide range mostly the random backdoor stuff + showing up with really wierd stuff on some runners
its nice to take control of the pot
and i would probably with a A5s hand for example, be more inclined to call to let him continue with all his dominated Ax hands / valuebet them when he hit + bluff them with his air etc etc, pretty standard stuff =) |

i think at the end of it all nlhe and plo are more or less the same game.
only plo is like 4x the variance and 8x as quick.
but srsly this hand made me want to throw up in a bucket.
I don't think I would ever think of a call here in 6 max (even though it being deep does help a bit.)
So sick I want to puke a billion times. |

actually i think NLHE and PLO play veeeery different, PLO is like a fullring NLHE table, you gotta either nutpeddle hard or play like a crazy maniac to make a decent profit |
