There's lots of ways to find a fold here and if it's a mistake it would be a very small one. Against his range folding is never terrible imo. If there wasn't a straight available too it would be closer, but this tiny 3bet is suspicious as hell.
edit: I'm utterly loathe to advocate folding sets at micros and you will do just fine never folding them, but in this very particular spot it's very hard to be ahead and I think it would be rather small minded to stack off just because he can have a draw. |

also we are 128bb deep :O
I'd stack off like 100% of the time in game but when you think about it this can hardly be a bad fold |

Board: 7s4h3s
Equity Win Tie
MP2 30.09% 29.49% 0.60% { 3d3c }
MP3 69.91% 69.31% 0.60% { 77, 44, 65s, As6s, As5s, 5s4s, As2s }
It's le fold against sets+combos, basically for him to stack off he needs to have 5 overpair combos or donk raise non nutfd |

You will ship 26.17 to win 63.84 (31.92*2+0.75+1.25 -2) pot
You need 41%, he needs to have the range above + 4 naked nutfd combos to make it a call if he has no overpairs in his range |

Let's assume I am going to fold to a 3bet. Why, even in this case, would calling be any good here? I give another card VERY cheaply to both players. The guy in the middle has a draw here almost 100% of the time and the donkbettor might be doing this with air or a draw (who knows, since it's the first time he made a play like this). The best case scenario here IMO is when I raise, the original bettor folds and the third players calls. I think the 3b won't happen so often that a raise/fold line won't be a good play. Don't get me wrong, though. I don't say pushing here is -EV, just after giving it some thought I say raise/fold is best here.
