i used to complain to some of my friends about running bad and bad beats, but literally all it does, is give you a negative mindset that you will grow comfortable with and it will annoy the shit out of your friends and people who help you. it will tilt you.
i would advise taking deep breath, taking a break and doing something that has nothing to do with poker. watch a tv show, go for a walk, read a chapter in a book, work out, something, anything, other than poker so you can come back refreshed after 30 minutes or an hour or so.
i tell you this because i struggled with this for a while myself.
just accept that you were a bit unlucky, move on, and go back to winning |
