Really? he had 1% 3bet over 220 hands.

The sample is insignificant but it tells me he is tight and I'd weight his range towards QQ+ and some AK. Isn't it just better to 4bet call if I'm going with the hand on rag flops as when I play it this way I lose value from AK some of the time and QQ when overcards hit?

well the only flop i am affraid of here is A x x , if we 4b he might fold QQ, "AK for sure" (maybe not) preflop and when board like this comes and he has QQ i doubt he folds or K 7s 6s and he has AsKx hes going busto too

u are right this is bad, you could call w KK vs someone who has a lot of air in his range, someone who always has a hand you want to get it in with pre.

also i think 220 hands in 6max is far from insignificant for 3b stats.

Yeah that's what I thought right after the hand I just flatted cause I was a vazhin.
The sample is small enough to never be able to assume he will fold QQ AK esp at NL25 where people don't realize their own image at all, but it's big enough to tell me he very likely doesn't 3bet light at all, tryign to get a cbet out of him doesn't make sense as the hands he will do that with (QQ AK) will stack off preflop

like evilsky said, if you think he's always 3betting for value, 4bet and try to get it in with kings.
