well after 37k hands you should have some info, I'd 3b or fold pre if I don't have a postflop plan

i would say if you dont wanna fold, raising is best. he can barrel of you on the turn with a bunch of draws and you'll just have to fold.

ppl on nl100 like to blindy barrel with whatever hand they have so I do not rely on floating to much in these positions.

if river is a shove i think there's more value in getting villain off a split than in him calling with worse, since he's a reg and there's no reason you can't have a flush or a K.

given that i think villain's range could also include a flush or AK w/ a spade that called turn getting decent odds, you'll also be value-owning yourself sometimes. i would probably just gaybet river like $17 or something to try and squeeze a little value out of whatever.

besides he's probably shipping turn with a set, and if he's not then this isn't the river he was waiting to see to put more money in if he has that.

61 left, this is an obvious shove, are you trying to level us questioning how to play this hand?

15 to induce and call is semi fine too if he has fps etc

Just remember you need to be god damn sure about their tendencies. -Artanis11 http://www.pocketfives.com/profiles/neillyaa/

not vs this guy he is a nit.

If you say it's a shove, im inclined to say its anything but.

pretty sure vs this villain if you bet 15 it should be with the intention of bet-folding, since we're in position it's obvious to villain we're not block-betting and our range is Kx+, our goal is just to bet small enough that it would be making it too cheap for us to bluff (in his mind) and force him to call w/some bluffcatchers. it also makes sense that he would check the river with all hands that beat us, and i think it goes without saying that he's not going to try and c/r cleaner off a split or something.

agree with bigredhoss. i think that's the best line on the river the way the hand played out.
