what read is that? villains line looks pretty standard to me and not particularly exploitable. i guess you'd be more inclined to check turn behind with stuff like A6ss than you would be vs someone who's always check-folding turn. but it doesn't necessarily mean you shouldn't bet when he checks, it's just that a lot of tagnits probably don't have a check-call range on this turn (from what i remember villain is a good tagnit).
but like for ex in this hand i think villain is less likely to be c-betting this board 3-way without flopping some kind of decent equity since it connects with quite a few hands, so i'd be more inclined to check back A6ss on turn than if the board was 2h5sTsXo, where villain's c-bet range would contain more air that's just check-folding turn.
