i find most players like this are ridiculously passive until the river then they have infinite aggression factors on the end.
not saying its definitely a call or anything as its an overbet, but if he bet pot i would snap call. this is pretty close but i think fold is ok |

i think fold is the safest option, less variance. I would bet/fold to a shove on the river though, I think he pretty much would do that with any Q A once u check in front of him |
