I'd go for his stack (so about 2.70 by my estimate). He raised utg which means his ace, if he has one, is likely to be very good so at these stakes he won't fold it in case you are valueraising AJ or are on a flush draw. Seriously.

And another thing to add here is about betsizing - if he has a big ace the only place he might fold it is on the river. This means that flop and turn betsizings should be HUGE. I mean he almost never folding AK on the turn cos it's just too pretty but could get away on the river, so your small turn bet and only average flop raise is really bad because firstly it gets less money in the pot and secondly he will be less committed on the river. If you bomb the flop and turn much more his AK is def screwed, whereas now not nearly so much.
