I'm assuming you had your reasons for the preflop minraise

Flop is fine

Turn just becomes a question of whether or not he'd ever do this with a set/draw. It's such a wacky play that I'd lean towards "well the board is so drawy he would never give me a free card if he had a set, so I'll just get it in". The result sucks but I think you see a draw or a pair+draw a lot here.

Overall I think it's fine, to get to mid-stakes for example, it's not a matter of the times you successfully fold AA vs set. We're not going to be able to get away from all of them, especially this one with those board, so I think this was played fine.
