Looks far too thin, any Ax beats you, and does 10X JJ-KK play the hand this way? Especially with a PSB on river.

if he's bluffing he will not call your shove
you don't value bet/raise when you have the best hand, you value bet/raise only when you have >50% equity against his calling range

You can always ask yourself: Will villain call my shove with any worse hands? Probably not.

If your read is that he is bluffy then just call, because he certainly won't call with anything worse than you have here.
