as nitty as it is, i'd prob just be flatting the turn ... i mean the 3 improves his hand almost never, so he is purely representing a slowplay (and vs a flop slowplaying range you're likely behind on the turn) or a weird bluff.

Because it's heads up I see a10, ak, and a9 in his range, and because of that I think it's a close call.

why would A9 check back flop to raise this turn? that's retarded. and if he can have AK or AT and slowplay it's just as easy for him to have TT,KK,AA,JQ. and god knows why he would ever play AT so strong on the river after getting bet/3bet on the turn and bet into so strongly on the river, does he really expect you to play A3, KT or whatever so strong, and does he have no regard to the fact you could quite easily have AT or JQ yourself? or even 33 on this turn given flop checked through?
