So you pull Hellmuth? He plays 14/8 over small sample at NL20, my thinking was that there is no way he is bluffing and it being micros there is no way he'd fold any value hands he's raising.
Guess I am wrong and micro nits do bluff this board? Should I expect them to bluff rvr as well?

micro nits might fold overpair or 2 pair here of which something like 98s comes to mind.

Don't think think they fold set, or straight or lower flush though

if you dont think he's bluffing then you can call and let him valuebet the rest of his stack on the river. (like 18% of the time there is a heart on the river which scares him)

umm.. 14/8 players like never raise folds here, I'm always shipping here to avoid a 4th heart.

This, anything else is just results oriented. He folds once in a blue moon here, guess the moon was blue during this hand.

yeah this is fine with the reads you have

I don't see how preferring to flat is being results oriented, this is still bvb and I don't think it's that complex for someone to pretend they have the flush when a great scare card hits. Even his mother would probably fake the flush once in a while.

If he indeed is that big of a nit do we put him only on a flush when we ship (meaning he'd possibly fold the 2 pair+ that he could vbet by mistake on the river)? then what are we afraid of? Do we throw all his bluffs/mistaken value bets out just because of the 4th heart?

Also , the whole concept that all people in the micros play in some certain way is a huge generalization imo and could cost you a lot of $. Sure mistakes get more common as you get lower but applying that thought into such a specific spot is kinda meh
