It's a 3way dry flop, he's probably calling flop with his entire range that continues postflop. Turn goes ch-ch and he's hoping you pot controlled turn and is now going for max value.
Only hand that didn't turn/river a straight or a pair is 58s. It would be strange for him to turn any of his weaker made hands into bluffs or overbet for value with. But there are
a lot of very strong hands in his range, 99, 66, 33, TT, 75, 87,+ several two pair hands (but I'm not sure if he'd overbet river with them).

if you bet the turn it makes this hand much simpler, but also you can get value too which is more important.

still not a bad spot to barrel, but obv giving up is fine and when he overbets even if its small Im scared, dont mind folding.
