Sometimes I feel that people bluff quicker on the river than they valuebet, for instance they ponder a bit as to make yourself think that he is thinking about it before valuebetting, but bluffs faster because they already know they are going to bluff, plus not to make you think that they doubt their decision, ofc ppl can play with this and change it up.
