I think this is an interesting spot, because villain is a 13/10 nit. I check turn, because I am sure that he will fold anything I beat. I suspect he has a pocket pair here almost always and I expect him to try to get to showdown cheaply if he hadn't hit a set (I'm not 100% sure he'd take a passive line, though).
Do I want to fold here?

Well, I didn't expect him to bet here. My plan was to vbet ~50% on the river and get some more money out of 88-TT from a nit.

why would he call with tens on the river ;-0

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

Because regs at this limit do these thing. He NEVER calls a pocket pair here and he might do it on the river.
