I think if he was bluffing, you can take it down by betting 2 dollars or sth funky like that. And if he was bluffing, we might x turn to call river, however he might have flush also, and we would have been valuetown'ed.

yeah the turn is not a value bet strictly speaking but I sort of hate giving a free turn card and if I am beat I will know it just makes the hand easier to play I guess
