What about making small 3bet instead of jamming? Jams looks so much like a draw, I'd think you prefer to win a pot w/o SD.

And if it's a fish getting it in w any ace...then why jam?

I had a read he minraises hands like midpair etc, and he seems quite fishy, I think L1 people are less likely to call a shove than a small raise, if I raise it is to shove here.

I did it because I was hoping he'd fold it, I only knew he's capable of minraising 5x or 66 to find out where he's at but wasn't sure if he'd fold. He tank called Ace so I guess it was a good thinking, but I shipped just because I wanted to gambol and it's pretty much guarantee +ev.

However...if he has a habit of minraising we can expect smaller betsizing on future streets too right, so i can just flat and expect him to bet small on the turn most of the time and pay off too much when we hit right? That's what I'd do with weaker draws for sure
