nl i play low because games are very hard above 1/2. plo i play lo because im afraid of downswings in deepstack play. game is too aggro nowadays, dont wanna deal with a 40 buyin downswing at 5/10+. and 1/2 is way softer than 2/4 and 3/6
im also relatively new to deepstack plo. played 90% cap on ftp and im still learning a lot every week so i might as well play a bunch more before i jump into deeper water |

thats crazy diciplin
ive played 20k hands PLO now since i started, and i jumped right into 5/10 and 10/20$ since i just dont have the diciplin to move down stakes
with ur roll i would prolly go busto playin 100/200$ plo =)

well think of it this way....your goal this year was to make 1m SEK or roughly 160k USD. playing 1/2 plo i see about 1500-2000 hands a day and my winrate is about 12bb because of game selection. so suppose i make 2 buyins a day +1500 vpp. thats roughly 500 a day or on pace for 180k a year. plus i use about 75% of my profits towards online tourney buyins where there is plenty of variance. overall i dont see much of a point in playing higher consistently and just game selecting and playing bigger when games are insanely soft |
