i think regardless of whether it's marginally good or bad (i think it's probably -ev but not horrible), the more relevant point is that there are much better, low-variance, +++EV spots to pick when you're taking your shot, especially at this table. i don't know how you play but you mentioned you normally grind SNG's, maybe that's given you too much of an "all-in or fold" mentality for cash games? |

a lot of your hands are incredibly spewy.. you need to relax with the high varience preflop stupidity, by playing better and smarter postflop you will reduce your varience and greatly increase your winrate |

ccmoz, i think something you need to understand about poker, is that the goal is to make money, as much as possible. its not about making a high varience break even plays to boost your ego
its very funny the way people play poker today versus a few years ago, seems like people were way more solid back then, now many regs just do stupid preflop shit and breakven all the time |
