moving up to 5c/10c I've started to encounter a LOT of squeezes whereas it just never happened lower. Been getting into positions like this where I don't know if I'm supposed to fold pre or commit under the inflated pot size or what. Is this hand vaguely correct? what if the flop came an A instead of a T?

I'll put this hand here too because its in the same vein. Am I just supposed to not valuebet there? what if I think I can get called by premium pocket pairs?
fold pf , you either get it in with poor equilty or hes bluffing and fold to your reraise
ATo play badly in 3b pot no matter in position or oop
most ppl at this limit having a strong squeeze range to crush you easily

fold pre 1st hand, i'm guessing you probably 3 outed him if he had any sort of real hand. either way raising that board and getting it in you're probably way behind...if you insist on calling pre, i'd just flat flop. you have Ah so he most likely doesn't have a fd here
2nd hand you're either slightly or way behind if he calls and if he checks to you both flop and turn on that board he's probably not calling anyway
shoving here as a bluff at 50NL is like explaning calcalus to a 6 month old cat wtf are you thinking - TalentedTom

If you think villain is squeezing junk you can 4bet/fold ATo, but the hand plays to poorly to call with. Even if villain has junk you are going to miss too many flops and he can cbet and take the pot. And when you hit flops that are super good for your hand (read the two flops above) you will still be in a really tough spot because villains value range has you crushed on those boards, so your hand is still not much more than a bluff catcher.
After all is said and done, more is said than done.
