this is a very bad fold

So his range includes a lot of pair + club hands? and you guys expect him to bluff these on the river often enough? Or is it just weak jacks I want since he's a limper? It just felt weird for a fish here to check/call/bet/bet.

- after you check turn I think he is now value betting every Jx (he is fish = he has tons of worse jacks) and he has a lot of trash like Kc5x, Tx6c, etc. I think if you call this river bet you will win the pot at least 75% of time

You should be betting 2 streets with 2nd pair+ in most situations vs fish. just to get max value from their draws and to protect your hand, but most importantly to keep the initiative. Fish don't do anything to counteract this, like they don't ever call then raise a turn bet. All fish do is call, and with a wide range.

bet-> c/c line is just a pretty bad line to take, especially vs fish because when you lose the initiative fish can actually merge their range in a retarded way like betting 3rd pair after you check, or they can just start betting 1/3 to price themselves into a draw. And it can be hard to know where you are at.

so yeah you should just bet bet bet here.

like stroggoz said, just the bet sizing on the river depends how loose he is, if he's likr 30vpip fish i'd bet just under half pot. if he is like 50vpip i think we can bomb likr 3/4 pot again..

can we all ball
