Calling is better IMO from a balance point of view. Not often will we raise-bluff this flop (when he bombs almost pot - it will be pretty costly). Calling and we have a wider range and he will have a bigger problem playing turn)

flatting is fine imo, its almost a pot sized bet its not like its a tiny lead, if we bet ourselves it wouldnt be bigger.

actually if we raise and get jammed on we probably aren't doing too well vs his bet/jam range. While flatting flop keeps in all the bad hands like 99 as well as his weaker draws/2nd pair type hands.

additionally we can rape big draw hands with this line since we aren't ahead of big draws on the flop anyway.
