or on the turn he shows that he's giving up after a standard cbet and then decides to bluff river because you under rep your hand
bet/fold is probably a good line in this spot too
all reasonings are okay, just depends on what kind of player he is

it's possible for him to raise flop with worse kings, it's possible to be a bluff. You only need to have the best hand about 31% to break even.
