Fold pre, unless you're targetting a weak/bad player in the blinds and they don't 3b or do much the guys behind you.
When raised, unless dynamic, read, tendencies that he can do this with a very wide range, like more than 11% 3b, fold.
As played, I'd fire once and give up on that turn card total brick, and whatever called the flop will still call. (Betsizing on flop is awful, if I would take this line, make it so that you can shove on anothe scarecard, shove on any K, A or flush card turn).
When you get to the river, ship it in, get value from a Q, or a stubbon mid pair
