The worst part is my EV graph tells me I'm retarded when I do shit like this so its not even the usual run-bad excuse.

heh, don't worry about it. EV graph is about 1/3 of luck. rest of it is flopping a hand when opponent flops 2nd best. and if you are ginning sets more often than you should be.

I just ask, why did you 3bet pre?

Yeah, figured I'd be called out on the pre action. Didn't like flatting 2 early players here from the small blind so decided on a squeeze. AJs probably isn't the hand to bluff that with though. They were both unknown regs at the time (20 odd hands into that table).

Actually you know AJs not ahead their range enough time but you have great implied odds to play this hand out of position
I would say in the long run squeeze with AJs here probably -EV or breakeven play everytime you make this play
have to fix your leaks to push your winrate anyway

I would call with AJs, but I rather 3bet than call vs. utg opener with AJo.
