As soon as this 10/6 nit raised me on the flop I was sure he had a set Luckily I hit the turn. Does anyone ever fold if we miss on the turn? He won't have a flush here ever since I have the Ad, and I doubt he'll go nuts and raise that much with a PP with a diamond. His raise sizing seemed way too large/aggressive.

I think vs most opponents calling turn and stacking off on river is better than shoving turn. Lots of people love to bluff at a monotone flop. Also, we pretty much have the nuts on the turn because of the Ad.

Only problem is we lose value from sets on a diamond river.

guys a shove is giving him 4-1 he ain't folding stndrd imo unless you have a reason to think he bluffs enough to justify just calling down (which is fine and probably similar ev)
