reg raise, fish call, we are sb.
Flop reg cbet 70%, turn 55%;
fold to donkbet 50%, fold to x-r 50%
Good spot for...??

I c/f as a default play but donkbet might be good. The reg can't really float with big cards because the fish is yet to act, and the fish will probably fold most of the time. Our hand will probably look like a small/medium pp that doesn't want to see overcards. I hate c/c and don't like c/r.
After all is said and done, more is said than done.

I think 3 betting preflop should be highly considered wiht a hand like this, as the initial raiser A REGULAR should understand that you are mainly 3 betting for value against the fish and should be more inclined to fold to you.
IN THE SAME THOUGHT PROCESS, a lead on the flop should give the initial raiser an easy time to fold his air, and he should rarely make a play as there is a cally fish in position. I think it is the best chance for you to take down the flop/get value.
If i feel uncomfortable CHECK/FOLDING as well as CHECK/CALLING i like leading in these spots
