raise cbet 20%, I guess I could have ship it on the flop. My plan was to shove non spade turn anyway. terribad idea or not really?

jamming here is standard, you fold out all busted draws (and htey all missed) KJ, AJ, spades etc.. taht alone should be almost 50% of his range. You also fold out the occasional marginal amde hand (althogh not vert often) but because of point A, this is a super easy jam.

he doesn't fold out all flushdraws, he calls with KJss, Txss, A9+ fds since he only needs ~23%, right?
