Player 1: "I knew you were bluffing"
Me: "Haha that wasn't a bluff"
Player 1: "You're ridiculous"

It's funny how some people are so convinced that they are a gift from the poker gods to mankind that they refuse to believe that they got outplayed even when the proof is right in front of their eyes. Villain obviously made the perfect read and was just unlucky (as he so often is) that I happened to be bad enough to bluff with a hand that was better than his.

did villain show AK high

The only hands a nit balances in his range are the nuts, the second nuts, and the third nuts.

well he bet halfpot turn and a little over 3/4 pot river, isn't it normally kind of the other way around? not saying it's bad, just seemed a little strange to me.

Villain's hand didnt show, but he had started calling my 4bets with crap so he most likely had Tx.

I wanted to have > 1/2 PSB left by the river because I think a big river bet looks bluffier to him, like player999 said.

He can muck his cards? What site is that on. Always thought online, if it goes to showdown you can still check hand history to see his hand.

I am a degen. Do not believe in any of my advice.

Swedish site, boss media client. Same site that longple used to post hands from. And there is no way to check his hand. So all-in ev in HM doesn't work on boss media.
