you are never ahead when he 4 bets you. You should prob also call behind on flop, though that is debatable. 58/18 also indicates he's probably very likely to spew a ton so maybe I don't fold either.

do you realize that those are all preflop stats that have nothing to do with his flop play? the vpip/pfr is even more reason to get it in because he's retarded lol.

against this type of idiot, AA makes you money in this spot very frequently. 3bet larger pre next time, like 4.5 or 5 if you're 200bbs deep against a fish that rarely folds to make hard decisions disappear postflop
