Villain is a reg, likes to float a lot and kind of cally but by no means a moron. I can kind of see arguments for jamming, c/c, or even c/f here. What's the best option?

I vary here depending on what I think the oponent is capable of, some ppl often try and bluff when a draw miss, so to them I c/c off if I think he has missed f draw, if he doesn't fit that category I might just shove for value. I think betting is best here, can have KJ, KQ, Q9, AT etc
