1:16 call/stack ratio and you are oop, it's borderline leaning towards fold side depending on his 3b range and how passive he is.
On the flop you can just pitch it against most players, he can just bet any diamond any overcard if he has it nor not on the next streets and there not much you can do about it but fold. Typical example of having direct equity to call against his betting range on one street, but making a -EV play because of likely play on next streets

this is fine, about the call pre depends on how loose n passive he is, and how much hes 3 betting, if he is playing nitty id fold pre, but all in all this is ok.
