he continued 3 betting a ton and being generally very loose pre
given this history is this play with 99 ok? i call here 100% usually but i thought he would get it in with much worse. so call pre or 3 bet?

I don't know man, I think it's okay and he can just as well have Ax as seen in first hand. But it's very likely that this is either a coinflip or TT+, which sucks.
