well, villain is a reg and you're apparently a reg. is there absolutely no relevant history or reads to mention? because it kind of matters a ton.
i think your play is ok even though there's not that many diamond combos you can rep, you're still going to get a lot of credit here if you don't have a spastic image, and every reg probably has (and should have) an exploitable bet-fold range on this river with minimal history vs another reg.
i don't know the answer to your question in a vacuum, even a little bit of info can make a fairly big difference imo as far as the exact minimum calling hand.

I think you are repping a flush like A2dd/A4dd or 67dd (??) that floated flop but that's about it
edit: I'm saying this because you jam 130bbs more on the river+ you probably have a somewhat nitty image
how confident would you really be about this if you actually had a set? would you really ship instead of raising smaller?
new shit has come to light... a-and... shit! man...

Im pretty sure Ive seen hands where you c/f the nuts in several occasions so Im highly skeptical of that :o
Either way the reason you would take that line with a set is because you know it looks really FOS and you expect to get looked up by any Kx so its not a good spot to bluff with 99.
