i'd say its rare hes gonna have a 9 unless its 9,10. Thats like putting someone on the flush just because its out there.

Its not likely a worse hand is going to call you on the turn...
Although you do have openended straight draw so beting turn could be ok.

I would check river.

i'd bet less on turnm because you're trying to give yourself odds to draw to the straight while allowing hands like KQ and AQ to call you. 7$ is too much because 1. you're not giving yourself the odds and 2. anything that you already beat will fold, and anything that beats you will call or raise.
